The OVVO CNC machining center offers VERTICAL ROUTING CAPABILITIES on the bottom surface of the panel which guarantees accuracy of +/- 0.05mm of router depth by making the bottom of the panel a TRUE zero reference point. This machine removes the need for expensive floating head aggregates or a live Z-axis laser measurement device on a flat table router.

The OVVO machining center has a total of 8 2-position fence stops (2 in each zone)
There are a total of 32 hold-down clamps
All clamps and fences travel on linear guideways and linear bearings
The machine has 7 CNC-controlled units including 1 vertical spindle, 2 horizontal spindles, injectors for OVVO's DH1, RD12 or RD9, PD20, and OD30 for 30mm plastic dowels
If the machine stops for any reason, it will instruct the operator why it stopped and where there may be an issue, eliminating any guesswork for the operator.
