Pro Edge Technology edgebanders come loaded with standard features other manufacturers charge extra for. With a two-year warranty at the core of every machine, quality and durability are built in from the start.

All Pro Edge Technology edgebanders are equipped with SDT (Self Diagnostic Technology) to reduce the need and expense of service visits. While other machines use daisy-chains of safety circuits that make it difficult for operators to identify what caused a stop, Pro Edge Technology machines deliver specific, comprehensive diagnostic information. This allows operators to self-diagnose most issues, often eliminating the need for tech support or service calls.

PET IV Edgebander

The PET IV is loaded with features that are upgrades on competitors' machines, including oscillating buffing and an innovative inverted quick-change glue pot that reduces burnt glue and allows for color changes in under 5 minutes. Each station is independent for a more serviceable machine. The PET IV runs both coil-type and pre-cut edgebanding strips across short to long production runs and delivers a finished product that does not require touching up.

The PET IV is also equipped with SDT (Self Diagnostic Technology) to reduce the need for service visits. It is a robust machine built for serious production.

4-roller pressure station with self-cleaning razor scraper on each roller
PLC-controlled tape heater and tunnel for 1mm, 2mm, or 3mm edgebanding, suitable for colder climates
Adjustable pneumatic-controlled guillotine for PVC tape, 3mm PVC tape, wood veneers, and plastic laminates
No-Go Bar prevents panels from running too close together
Quartz heater for panel edge prior to gluing for stable glue application in all environments
Radius top and bottom profile scraper station with Ribbon Puller for a clean run
Two-motor corner rounding station for straight, chamfered, bull-nosed, and post-formed panels
Oscillating buffing with two independent heavy-duty 3-phase motors to soften and polish sharp edges
10-inch Delta HMI touchscreen controller, not Windows-based and unaffected by OS upgrades
Stand-alone quick-change glue pot as standard for easy maintenance and fast color changes

Edgebanders

PET II Edgebander

From the infeed to buffing, each station is independent for a more serviceable machine. Whether using coil-type edgebanding or pre-cut edgebanding strips, the PET II is built to meet the high quality standards of today's market. Although the PET II has a smaller footprint than our larger edgebanders, it is built with the same heavy-duty station construction. Its compact size does not come at the expense of machine strength, component quality, or production capability. It handles short to long production runs and delivers a finished product that does not require touching up after exiting the machine.
