How the Line Works

Production Workflow Overview

A high-level look at the five key stages of the OVVO High Speed Line production process.

Step 1

Infeed and Panel Sorting

Panels are loaded and automatically sorted for entry into the production line, maintaining consistent flow.

Step 2

Boring and Preparation

Panels pass through an automated boring station that prepares each part for OVVO connector insertion.

Step 3

OVVO Insertion

Automated OVVO injector stations place connectors precisely into prepared panel positions for tool-free assembly.

Step 4

Vibratory Bowl Feeding

Vibratory bowl feeders supply OVVO connectors to the injector stations continuously throughout production.

Step 5

Offloading and Sorting

Finished parts are automatically offloaded and sorted by the robotics system at the end of the line.
